My family has been going to Dr West for 15 years and have been happy until recently. Dr West recommended 3 of my 4 kids to have their wisdom teeth removed and said he could do it. After driving to one specific pharmacy to get a sedation medicine he required pre surgery, taking time off work myself and my daughter as well they called 15 minutes ago to cancel the surgery that was scheduled at 11:00 TODAY! Apparently he looked at the X-rays TODAY and decided he couldn't handle the surgery. This was six months after the original X-rays were taken and them changing the time of the surgery two days ago. Terrible customer service! I am thankful he figured out that he couldn't handle the procedure before he started but ridiculous that he just realized it.

Dr. West was my dentist before I moved, he was AWSOME. Very gentle with the needle, did not know when I got the injection. He extracted 3 of my wisdom teeth in the office. Wish I lived closer to his practice, if he is still in practice.

Very nice dentist. First one I ever felt comfortable with. Cared about how I felt. Does not take advantage of you. The office was very clean, employees were pleasant and I would recommend them to my friends....

Very unprofessional. I have had 2 fillings that have fallen out within the year.His office is in a great south county location but his office is very gloomy.Very difficult to work with financially.
About Hygienist: They hygienist was friendly. But my gums were swollen and painful after cleaning.

I have been going to Dr. West for over 10 years. I have been getting consistently good quality care. Over the years I have had my wisdom teeth taken out and a few fillings. I have always been treated with respect and received the highest quality of service.

I went to Dr. West for 7 years. I thought I was receiving very good care. I had several major procedures done there. Then, I was shot in the nerve and left with terrible after effects. Also, I discovered I had severe periodontal disease that Dr. West never addressed with me and never advised me to see a periodontist. I am now suffering the consequences of advanced periodontal disease. His equipment is very out of date.

Dr. West is the most professional and caring dentist I have ever been treated by. His staff and office coordinate well to make the patient's experience outstanding. Friendly, affordable, and ON TIME! Rare for a Dr's office these days!
