I've been his patient before he open his current practice, for 20+ years. He has done from cleanings to root canals and crowns for me with excellentresults. Professional, courteous and always up to date on current technology. I would never consider going to any other dentist. John C.

I have had a lot of dental work done by Dr. Kleinheinz over the course of 15 years. I highly recommend him to anyone I know who is wanting to receive excellent dental care of their teeth by a highly skilled dentist and his wonderful staff. Even if you have a fear of having dental work done you will be able to relax because his patient's comfort is extremely important to him. And he has the nicest dental team working for him!. You will feel like you are amongst friends. I can't recommend him and his talented, friendly staff highly enough!!!

About Front Desk: Kelly has become a good friend of mine over the years. You simply won't meet a nicer, kinder, more caring lady. She is very organized and will wonderfully handle all your insurance and appointment scheduling needs!

About Hygienist: Tronda always does a wonderful, thorough job of cleaning my teeth. You will definitely enjoy the time you spend with her and your teeth will receive excellent care.

Being going to see Dr Kleinheinz for 9 years. He is GREAT! He remembers my kids names and little things I have told him over the years.

Dr Kleinheinz did a very difficult to fit bridge for me and no one knows it's a bridge. He's very caring and makes sure my kids and I are always comfortable. He met me there for an emergency during Christmas and was wonderful! The staff is always warm and welcoming. They always make us comfortable there.

About Hygienist: We love all of the hygenists. They do a great job and are a friendly as the rest of the staff!

Dr Kleinheinz and staff are the best dentistry team in Charlotte. I feel so strongly about this statement, that I have referred friends and family in the past and I continue to do so. Dr. Kleinheinz is skilled in dentistry and is patient, kind and understanding. He provides explanations of treatment options and checks in with me frequently during each procedure. I have experienced pain-free treatment each and every time I've had an appointment. I like listening to music through headphones while I'm undergoing treatment. The staff is friendly and personable.

About Hygienist: Excellent care always received by the hygienist. Cleaning treatments are gentle. Hygienist checks in with me frequently during the cleaning process to be sure I'm comfortable.

Dr. K and his staff are top notch! They are all a pleasure to be around. My husband, all four of my children (he saw each of them for the first time at age 3 and was awesome!) and I have been going to his office for eight years. Of course, he and his staff do a super job with all of the preventative care but he has also done crowns for my husband (after hours too!) and Invisaline for me! I have the perfect smile I've always wanted and he made that happen! I would recommend - and have many times - Dr. K and his whole staff to anyone!

About Hygienist: Soooooo sweet, so professional, gentle and awesome with kids! Can't say enought good things!

We have been patients of Dr. K for 5 years and could not be more pleased with him. His staff is superb and I refer all of my friends to him. I am always able to get an appointment and he is a wealth of information on dental health. He is the best dentist I have ever seen. Hands down!!!

About Hygienist: Excellent! The entire staff there is great. Dr. K always comes by to say hello during the cleanings as well which I think adds a nice personal touch.

Dr. Kleinheinz' bedside manner is superb. He engages the patient in pleasant social dialog interspersed with appropriate questions as he analyzes the situation and recommends options for solutions. He is thorough and honest in his assessments and advises you of the costs up front with nothing hidden. The staff is gracious, friendly, supportive, and helpful. The service is excellent. The costs seem high compared to costs in previous locations in other states, but are apparently moderate for the Charlotte area. I had a difficult cavity eating into the base of the tooth and coming extremely close to the central nerve tissue. He worked long and patiently to avoid having to do a root canal and to avoid entering the nervous tissue. He was extremely successful under difficult circumstances. I have had no problem since and the tooth feels as if nothing had ever happened.
