had been treated for periodontics. my loose teeth were bonded with a brown substance. very costly, the bond kept breaking, costing me constantly to fix it. my teeth literally were falling out of my mouth. so after extensive and expensive care, i result in dentures. over priced, not professional and did poor quality in my mouth leaving me no able to smile or you would see a brown bond line!

OVER PROMISE, UNDER DELIVER should be their motto. I went to Dr Parsons for an assessment of loose teeth and receding gums. First, he kept me waiting for > 45 minutes for my appointment. On a good side, his staff was very courteous during that time and kept me distracted. He told me he would discuss my case with my general dentist (who referred me) and get back with me concerning a treatment plan. He never followed up with me. I have called his office as a reminder but still no follow up. It's been more than a month since the appointment, I've placed calls to them, and have been told that he's busy but will get back to me. I paid for a service, I'm busy too, that is unacceptable. No matter what he tells me now, I would not go back to him for treatment and would suggest no one else go there either.

Dr. Parsons and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They make you feel at ease from the moment you call them and meet with them in person. The office is comfortable and inviting. It was great that they filed my insurance for me so there were no hassles with my payment. I went in an extrememly nervous patient from a previous experience with a different doctor and left feeling much more relaxed and confident in Dr. Parsons and his staff. His office is pristine and would recommend Dr. Parsons and his staff to anyone needing a Periodontist. My recovery pain was minimal and healed well.

Dr. Parsons & his staff are the best I've seen from any kind of doctor or dentist. They attend to your every need and the procedures are made to be as pain-free as possible. I had an implant put in, but we had to do a bone augmentation procedure prior to the implant. He called me at home to make sure I was recovering well and continues to do so as I am healing. While undergoing a procedure, he has a TV mounted suspended from the ceiling so that you can be distracted while he's working. They gave complete take-home instructions on how to care for the area while it healed. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with their attention to detail and putting the patient first.

My son needed braces. We went to see about getting them on, only to find out that he had such bad over crowding that his teeth had been pushed nearly off the bone. As a result he had very thin gum tissue, not enough to hold the teeth in if they got moved with braces. Dr. Parsons was recommended to us. He did 2 separate gum graft surgeries on my 12 year old's mouth. My son was not even scared after the first few minutes, because the staff was so reassuring and gentle with him. A few months later he had the 2nd surgery with no apprehension at all,,,,,,he totally trusted Dr. Parsons, knowing that he felt no pain at all the first time. I myself then braved having a dental implant done........and I am a HUGE chicken. I had a tooth break off below the gum line. I had had a regular crown put in, but it kept coming out, as there wasn't enough tooth left to adhere to. Thus, I needed the implant, but was too afraid to do it until I had seen how great he was with my son. The entire office is extremely friendly. Everything is explained in great detail. My only complaint is that the cost is more than insurance covers, but that is true of my dentist and my children's dentists, also. I think it is more of an insurance problem!!!
