Dr. Hicken is great! I went to another dentist and he told me I had 4 cavities and needed work that summed to over $1,000. I'm glad I went for a second opinion with Dr. Hicken because he only recommended getting two cavities filled and I ended up saving hundreds of dollars. The visit was super fast, and other than the numbing shot, completely pain free. He did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone.

About Hygienist: The hygienist was nice, but got a little crazy with the suction tube. It keep getting stuck on my tongue.

My experience has always been positive. The office is efficient and has never made me (or kids) wait.
Dr. Hicken explained options and what he recommended and seems very good. He is quieter, but very likeable and I trust him. The office is not a boutique clinic, but I don't need or what to pay for all of that either. The staff worked with my insurance, and we really liked the dentist.
About Hygienist: Charla is the hygienist and is great. She has been doing if for a long time and my teeth sure felt clean. I didn't get scolded and seems positive.

Dr Hicken was kind and somewhat friendly. He was very good at explaining other options and telling me, the patient, what needed to be done. He seemed very smart about what was required. He saved my teeth and recommended referrals to specialists. His office receptionist was young and unfriendly. His dental assistant was nice. His office manager was very aloof. He was the ONLY reason I would go back.
