I have been seeing Dr. Sanai for almost 20 years and would not go to anyone else. She is the sweetest, most gentle dentist I have ever been to in my 75 years. And since Jen started there, everything is perfect. I have never experienced pain of any kind. Staff is terrific and so understanding. You just feel like you're a friend of the family!

About Front Desk: Not a grouchy one there! They greet you, remember you, and are very friendly. I just love everyone in this office. That's why I've gone back for so many years!

About Hygienist: Jen is absolutely the best! My teeth cleaning appointments go so fast, not even long enough to make me start fidgeting. Friendly, we talk about everything!

Hygiene time: about 30 minutes unless I need x-rays

I saw the 2 star review on here and was shocked. I wanted to share my experience about Dr. Sanai and Jen. The level of care that I receive from this office is beyond anything I have ever experienced in my 49 years. I have had a life-long fear of dentists, and they are the most caring, gentle, perio/dental service professionals I have ever dealt with. I have not had any accounting issues, so I can't speak to the other reviewers experience. I can tell you I would not go anywhere else for treatment than to Dr. Sanai. -- Pete Hoerber Olalla, WA

I had an implant set by Dr. Sanai. Dr. Sanai is extremely professional. I wish I could say the same for her accounting staff. I was told initially that my insurance would pay $3,000 of the total $4,000 charge. After paying $1,000, and not until the work was complete, did the accountant inform me that my insurance would NOT pay any of the treatment and I would be responsible for the remaining $3,000!! This behavior on the part of a "professional" office is unconscienable and unscrupulous. Be VERY CAREFUL when dealing with this accountanting office. Get EVERYTHING in writing and in detail.
