Great Family Dentist who is extra good with children as well as adults. We have been going to this dentist for several years and never had an issue. The service is excellent. Our appointments have been on time. The office is clean and has the latest amenities. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Unorganized office. Misplaced insurance info. Cancelled an appointment by mistake. Billed for treatment not given. Insurance write off portion calculated wrong. I was billed more than insurance allowed. Look over your bills with a fine tooth comb. Seem so friendly at first, so I gave them multiple chances. They made error after error. Also, simple procedure billed under a broader, more expensive category. I checked with my old dentist who would have charged 40% less per tooth. Not going back. Dr. seemed angry he had to allow insurance involvement at all.
About Front Desk: Friendly but inefficient and confused. Many appointment and insurance problems. Not enough time booked for appointments. Alone in chair for extended time.
