I moved from the east coast and before leaving my dentist had told me that my teeth were fine and I didn't need any work. When I went to Dr. Tran 1 1/2 years later, he told me I needed a ton of work and wanted to charge me $8,000. I never returned. I recently went to another dentist where I was able to get my teeth cleaned and leave with NO bill and NO need for further work. It's a shame to feel that you are being taken advantage of and that you can't trust your dentist.

About Front Desk: They were fine. They had me talk to someone about the billing when I refused services and they kept trying to get me to commit to paying either in payments or by opening up credit with them. I had to refuse numbers times.

About Hygienist: She was delightful but took a long time to do x-rays.

I didn't go beyond the exam and consultation before I realized how crooked and what a rip off they were!

WARNING!!!! DO NOT SEE Dr. TRAN! He extorts people for all of their money with false promises of coupons and promotions just to get you to come in! I came to him about 8 months ago to get some routine work done. His staff had promised to cover any co-payments through some $200 "promotion" that was going on. The cavity I had was never fixed. I still have pain in my mouth and several months later they still have not been able to get rid of the pain or fix my tooth. Now all of a sudden a magical outstanding bill is appearing of $550.00 of which I never even received a statement or explanation for. They are claiming I had work done which I never received. The staff is was very rude as well. Insurance Fraud, bad business ethics, along with bad service equals a recipe for disaster. Don't waste your time.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff makes false promises to patients. They claim to thoroughly check insurance coverage to make sure everything is covered. That is a lie.
