WARNING!!!! DO NOT SEE Dr. TRAN! He extorts people for all of their money with false promises of coupons and promotions just to get you to come in! I came to him about 8 months ago to get some routine work done. His staff had promised to cover any co-payments through some $200 "promotion" that was going on. The cavity I had was never fixed. I still have pain in my mouth and several months later they still have not been able to get rid of the pain or fix my tooth. Now all of a sudden a magical outstanding bill is appearing of $550.00 of which I never even received a statement or explanation for. They are claiming I had work done which I never received. The staff is was very rude as well. Insurance Fraud, bad business ethics, along with bad service equals a recipe for disaster. Don't waste your time.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff makes false promises to patients. They claim to thoroughly check insurance coverage to make sure everything is covered. That is a lie.
