I love my Dr. Novak and his staff! They are always so helpful and kind working with me, especially when it comes to billing. They make sure I am comfortable and are aware of my uncomfortable tendencies at the dentist's office and have made a world of difference. Thank you so much to the team!

About Hygienist: Love both of my hygienists! They are amazing. One of them shows me pictures of her beautiful daughters, and the other has told me some great stories about her family.

Only cleanings. Very easy to work with. Explains things well.

About Front Desk: The only complaint I have is their lack of expertise in billing insurance. I have had to pay for things that I should not have due to their negligence. I discontinued going to them because of it.

About Hygienist: Excellent. Very caring and thorough.

I started treatment based upon selecting from my Dental plan providers. Dr. Novak did an excellent job of solving all dental issues and improving my dental health. I now go twice a year for Cleanings, at which time he comes in to review the status of your teeth for preventative maintenance. He is very easy to work with. I am totally satisfied putting my dental health in his hands.

HORRIBLE customer service! The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. When I asked to speak with the office manager she said that they do not have one. When I asked to speak with someone besides her, she said that there were only 3 employees there and that they barely had time to see their appointments. It was very clear that she could care less about their clients!!!!!! In all fairness to Dr. Novak, I did not see him personally but he needs to train his staff or change them all together.

The office is efficient, the staff is nice. Dr. Novak is professional and does a fine job. I have no problems recommending him to someone in need of a dentist.

I found Dr.Novak online, he seemed reputable with good reviews. He was very friendly, concerned and knowledgeable. The staff there knew and welcomed their current patients like family. The staff was not as friendly towards me since they did not know me.. However, Dr.Novak is a great dentist who honestly cares about the patient.
