HORRIBLE customer service! The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. When I asked to speak with the office manager she said that they do not have one. When I asked to speak with someone besides her, she said that there were only 3 employees there and that they barely had time to see their appointments. It was very clear that she could care less about their clients!!!!!!
In all fairness to Dr. Novak, I did not see him personally but he needs to train his staff or change them all together.
