Our family has seen Dr Davis for the past 13 years. I wouldn't see any other pediatric dentist for my kids. He has seen us through tough dental problems and made excellent, progressive yet conservative recommendations. He has an eye for details and knows his field. He is great at only recommending exactly what is necessary and gives me the freedom as a parent to make the choices without being judgemental.

While the Doctor was great, the staff was awful. I had a horrible experience trying to get them to respond to the insurance company. They made me pay fully ahead of time and did not care to respond to a question from the insurance company . After trying for 4 months, I finally canceled upcoming appointments for my 2 daughters and informed them I would no longer do business with them. They finally responded to the insurance company. Surprisingly, what the insurance company initially listed as 50% covered (subject to some clarification) all of a sudden became 0% covered.

Dr. Davis was recommended by our pediatrician. The office is set up in a jungle theme and has lots of animals both in the waiting room and inside. We've had regular checkups (haven't needed any serious work yet). Staff are very friendly. They allow parents to accompany kids and there is a large room for cleaning and then separate smaller rooms for treatments which have TVs to help calm anxious kids. Kids get to go home with a balloon and small animal. Dr. Davis is very good with kids. Our girls keep asking when their next appointment will be.
