While the Doctor was great, the staff was awful. I had a horrible experience trying to get them to respond to the insurance company. They made me pay fully ahead of time and did not care to respond to a question from the insurance company . After trying for 4 months, I finally canceled upcoming appointments for my 2 daughters and informed them I would no longer do business with them. They finally responded to the insurance company. Surprisingly, what the insurance company initially listed as 50% covered (subject to some clarification) all of a sudden became 0% covered.
