I have two kids in braces with Dr. Taylor and his team. This is a really great place! The Doctor and staff are so professional and always make our monthly visits fun. We like that we see Dr. Taylor at every visit and that he owns and practices in this office. We do not like chains where you never know who you'll see each time you go. I highly recommend this orthodontist.

I have been here about 7 months and enjoy my visits to this office. The Doctor is very kind and the Assistants talk to you during the appointment and explain all of the procedures. The payment plan worked really well for my budget. Things with my teeth are looking really good.
About Front Desk: Very friendly. I like that they call to confirm every appointment in person, no automatic recording that just leaves a silly message.

My experience with this doctor was not that good. I researched Dr. Taylor and saw his educational studies (which I liked), saw that he was board certified (and I liked as well). I had several options and chose him to take care of my son's braces. 1st visit was good. Everything seemed fine. 2nd visit to put his braces on...... OMG!!! It was a horrible experience. First of all, the dental assistants are the ones who do all the work!!! They began the process of installing the braces and RP to extend the palate of my 10 year old. As soon as they were done, my son was choking, gagging, drooling and could not talk. His eyes were watery and tears were rolling down. I told the dental assistant to take it off. That this was not explained to me. NO ONE told me that this would happen. Her answer was that she could not take them off. That she need permission!!! OMG!!!! The only permission they need is MINE (the MOTHER). Anyway, I told the head assitant (he couldn't do anything) , I went to the manager.... guess what, He could not do anything! So I went for the Doctor's wife (also works there). And she said they could not take them off until 2pm because there was going to be a staff shift change!! I said really????? He's choking and Gagging are YOU SURE YOU'RE NOT TAKING THEM OFF????? Long story short.... They took them off. You might be asking yourself where was the DOCTOR??? Ohhh, he just walks through building "supervising" the assistants. So Basically if you want a board certified doctor that doesn't do the job, then this is it! And if you want your children to be treated as they should by their orthodontist, then please do your research before they traumatize your child and keep your down payment for the unexplained treatment this doctor offers. I truly hope this helps everyone in making the right choice. By the way, my son got braces with a north mcallen board certified orthodontist and he is soooo happy now. Totally different experience!

Really happy with my Invisalign with Dr. Taylor. He's the best in the Valley!! Saturday appointments are great.

Dr. Taylor is great with my son. He actually looks forward to going to the dentist. After 1 year of braces, things are really looking good in his smile. Recommend this doctor.

My treatment here is Invisalign. Really good doctor and nice staff. Saturday appointments are good for working adults. I have been here for 1 year.

Dr. Taylor is absolutely the best! My son has had his braces for 7 months and we're already seeing the improvements. Great office, nice staff and really fantastic Dentist! The financing plan is the best in the RGV.
