My entire family see Dr. Nolting for all our dental needs. He is always very thorough with his exams and has provided us with great treatment.

My complaints are not with him. He is friendly and most of his back staff are too. Nurse with him was easy to talk to.

About Front Desk: One is rude. Doesn't great you when you come in. Has actually walked away when I walk in the door. The taller one is in front and back. Not sure her exact title. She is very rude. Tonight at his apprieciation even she was yelling at two of his nurses. She does this at front and in back. She is very rude.

About Hygienist: Never had an issue with one. I ask for her because the young one was rough with my wife, daughter and myself.

I must say that I have been honestly shocked, (for lack of a better word), on multiple occasions in regards to how superb the Customer Service at this practice is. Dr. Nolting goes out of his way, before, during, and after your visit to ensure that you had a pleasant experience at his practice.

About Front Desk: Polite and courteous

About Hygienist: The hygienists are an extension of Dr. Noltings exceptional service. They are very pleasant and do their best to actually get to know you as a patient. This has been reflected upon me over multiple visits, and it really makes the environment feel like home

I walk in to noone at the counter. The assistant comes and gets me. We talk about my ache and take a xray. Dr Nolting comes in and does some tapping and cold ice testing. Tells me there is nothing wrong and to use sensodyne toothpaste. The girl walks me out and low and behold noone is at the front desk!!!! This little girl apologizes to me and tells me she will grab one of the girls. My bill was 78 for this Dr to tell me to use sensodyne toothpaste, I leave with a toothache. And end up seeing another dentist AFTER it absesss and need a referral to a specialist. Had a root canal and feel better. Not an educated dentist in my opinion. Dr Johnson would have listened to ME a little better. And he would have had staff at the front. His assistant should not have to apologize for the front desk.

About Hygienist: I have always liked vickie. I have seen her since Dr Johnson days. I don't know how the system with scheduling hygenist works but last time I had the young one. She's too rough. I could visually see tears in my gums from her tools. I was so sore. She was sure to schedule my next appointment with her when I wanted vickie so I called and cancelled because I'm to scared to see her. Now I'm overdue. Sadly, my records sent to new dentist because of these two experiences.

Myself and my entire family have been taken great care of by Dr. Nolting and his staff for many years. They are always so kind, with a warm inviting office. The dental treatments I have received have always been done in a gentle manner and his prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend Dr. Nolting at Alexandria Smiles!
