I walk in to noone at the counter. The assistant comes and gets me. We talk about my ache and take a xray. Dr Nolting comes in and does some tapping and cold ice testing. Tells me there is nothing wrong and to use sensodyne toothpaste. The girl walks me out and low and behold noone is at the front desk!!!! This little girl apologizes to me and tells me she will grab one of the girls. My bill was 78 for this Dr to tell me to use sensodyne toothpaste, I leave with a toothache. And end up seeing another dentist AFTER it absesss and need a referral to a specialist. Had a root canal and feel better. Not an educated dentist in my opinion. Dr Johnson would have listened to ME a little better. And he would have had staff at the front. His assistant should not have to apologize for the front desk.

About Hygienist: I have always liked vickie. I have seen her since Dr Johnson days. I don't know how the system with scheduling hygenist works but last time I had the young one. She's too rough. I could visually see tears in my gums from her tools. I was so sore. She was sure to schedule my next appointment with her when I wanted vickie so I called and cancelled because I'm to scared to see her. Now I'm overdue. Sadly, my records sent to new dentist because of these two experiences.
