I found him a bit inexperienced. His assistants have very little understanding of complex matters: you explain something to them, and then need to explain it again to the doctor. I decided not to get treatment here. I just could not trust him. Sorry man. Don't take it personal.

Dr. Hoang was a pleasure to meet. He was very professional and personable. He took ex-rays and did a very good cleaning per my request on my first visit. He was extremely knowledgeable of his work. I would recommend anyone to him. He's a keeper. ;-). I need more work, so I am looking forward to going back.

My initial impression of Dr. Mark was just that ~~a Dentist ! WE usually, equivalent them with~~evil...pain...& torture. Boy! was I incorrect..of course as time moved along, I learned to become slighly "comfortable"(not quite their)~~ which is such a difficult thing to do. Dr. Hoang is very "soft-spoken", this helps places one at ease..."chair-side" manner ...good listener..intentive...communicator....most of ALL~~educator! Being, that I was once in the medical profession~~I too once had to educate / commuicate w / patients as well as doing your job at the same time.
Office Staff : Jennifer(Receptionist) & Halana (Hygienist) are always curtious..greatious~ most of all professional..I enjoy seeing them when I pay a visit to the office..I NEVER wait, when walking into the office..my visits are Always in a timely fashion. The entire "staff". are extremely thorough..never a complaint from me! I would always recommend others to this dentist. P
Procedures : Fillings / Root Canal / Extractions / Partial Cleaning / etc. more to come...Dr. Mark Hoang, DMD is one of the best.! would not trade him in xxxoo

Dr. Mark Hoang is a truly remarkable dentist, who I would recommend to anyone. I have seen him for a cleaning, root canal, filling, and extraction. Time and time again, I was impressed by how gifted he is.
What distinguishes Dr. Mark is the superior quality of service he provides. He skillfully integrates the science and art of dentistry. Dr. Mark is very detail-oriented, and this is one profession that it pays to work with a perfectionist! Another outstanding trait was the amount of time he devoted to me – to make sure everything was as gentle as possible, to provide education on the procedures and materials used, and to patiently answer my many questions. It was so refreshing to understand what was being done, why, and how the techniques are superior to dental work I’ve had done in the past.
The staff members are also very kind, competent, and professional. If you are looking for an anxiety-free, top of the line dental experience, Avenue of the Arts Dental is the place to go!

Dr. Mark is very nice and my teeth always feel great after my visit. The overall feel of the office is friendly and accommodating to patients.
Not only Dr. Mark cleaned my teeth thoroughly, he also whitened my teeth afterward which made a whole big difference.

Dr. Mark has done an incredible job on my teeth. It's virtually pain free. I got a root canal, crown, and 3 tooth extracted thus far. And I'm getting my braces next. He's very detail and thorough during the process. He constantly checked with me whether it hurts or not. He explained to me what's he gonna do and showed me the after through the computer x ray. He and his entire staffs are extremely friendly. For years, I've had very bad teeth and I was never comfortable enough to go see a dentist. But I totally feel comfortable here. Dr. Mark's office is also very clean and relaxing. Thank you so much for giving a smile that I've always wanted to have. I'd highly recommend him to all of my family and friends.

wow!! what a modern beautiful place!!! modern facility with up-to-date new equipments. office is very spacious and clean. I love the fact that Dr. Mark invests in technology especially the 3D cone beam machine that allow him to show me the case before the implant placement procedures. Dr. Mark took his time to show me the options and draw out step by step of what is expected. happily recommend this office!!!!
