My initial impression of Dr. Mark was just that ~~a Dentist ! WE usually, equivalent them with~~evil...pain...& torture. Boy! was I incorrect..of course as time moved along, I learned to become slighly "comfortable"(not quite their)~~ which is such a difficult thing to do. Dr. Hoang is very "soft-spoken", this helps places one at ease..."chair-side" manner ...good listener..intentive...communicator....most of ALL~~educator! Being, that I was once in the medical profession~~I too once had to educate / commuicate w / patients as well as doing your job at the same time.
Office Staff : Jennifer(Receptionist) & Halana (Hygienist) are always curtious..greatious~ most of all professional..I enjoy seeing them when I pay a visit to the office..I NEVER wait, when walking into the office..my visits are Always in a timely fashion. The entire "staff". are extremely thorough..never a complaint from me! I would always recommend others to this dentist. P
Procedures : Fillings / Root Canal / Extractions / Partial Cleaning / etc. more to come...Dr. Mark Hoang, DMD is one of the best.! would not trade him in xxxoo
A thorough dental examination that includes evaluation of the teeth, gums and other soft tissues, an oral cancer screening, and evaluation of certain head and neck structures. Usually accompanied by diagnostic imaging (e.g. X-rays) of some sort.
