She put a permanent retainer on my upper teeth. most dentists won't do that because they're likely to break. I paid $300 for it. It broke withing the first 3 months, no surprise. She wanted me to pay another $300 for a new retainer. I told her she should give me the retainer for free because she assured me the permanent retainer would last a life time. I shouldn't have to pay for her crappy work. she didn't want to help when I started having issues when the retainer broke and was cutting the inside of my lips. Staff would always say they would call back that day but never did. After days of calling with nobody willing to help resolve the issue I finally had enough. The only way I got good customer service from her was when I told her I would take her to small claims court if she didn't resolve the issue. she's only looking out for herself and doesn't care about the patient. Also, when I first signed the contract for my braces she said my retainers were included with the total cost. When it came time to get my lower retainer she said I didn't pay, when I did. She wouldn't give me my retainer until I paid for the second time. my braves were already off so she knew I had to have a retainer. She is a scammer. Do not go here!

Bridge work was great and paid very good attention to fit. no issues.
Cavities and cleaning this office does a super job at making sure you are comfortable.

Excellent service! Super quick and easy. We arrived for our 1p appointment about 10min early and we were seen right away. I took my 3yr old daughter to this office for her first ever dentist appointment, and of course, I was so nervous that she would do well and not cry. Megan was very patient and understanding when it came time to complete the x-rays - it was obvious she had worked with small kids before. Dr Nam was a pleasure, smiling and very nice, and spoke to my daughter like she was a big girl and not a little baby, which she of course loved. Check out was easy and quick, and Sarah was a pleasure to work with, providing my daughter a small prize for doing well. In all, I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for.

Went in for a cavity, needed a crown. The anesthesia used did not work, so it hurt and I could feel her drilling on my tooth. I kept twitching and pulling back so she just stopped and said "that should be enough" and let me go. My tooth hurts more now than when I went in to get it fixed. Now I need to go to a different dentist to fix what she did. What a waste of $1200! NEVER going back and would NOT recommend anyone going there!

I went to see Dr. Nam and her and her staff were so helpful from the beginning. The office is very clean and it felt like I was at a spa. After the initial exam, Dr. Nam told me exactly what I needed. I went back to the office after a week for my treatment. It was so easy, the cost was excellent, facilities were great, and the Dr. was amazing as the first time. I love this place. I'm so glad my niece recommended this Dr. to me. I'm very picky when it comes to finding the right Dr. and I would highly highly recommend this Dr. and her friendly/knowledgeable staff.
