This dentist is awesome!! He is so nice, the procedure was fast and painless. The whole experience was awesome, from making the appointment until checkout. He even called me that night to make sure I was doing okay. Such a great experience.

My 15 yr old son was injured at baseball practice on Wed night and was taken to the ER. After 4 hours he was finally able to leave the bleeding was intense. After being seen by two other specialist (including oral surgeon), we ended up at Dr. Sullivan office on Friday only for consultation. After his exam and xrays DR. discovered his upper JAW was fractured. WOW we were amazed because we just left the oral surgeon office who said it was not broken. But the other dentists could not figure out why his teeth would not line up. I am so thankful we ended up at this office. He took care of him that day he adjusted his jaw and pushed the teeth back into place, then placed 7 splints on his teeth to secure them. In the car my son said " I wish we would have came here first." That Sunday afternoon he answered the phone and said mom Dr. Sullivan is calling he was calling to check on him and has several times after this experience. The following week he had his Root Canal, and will need several follow up appts. After the RCT his question was when can I return to baseball? Dr. said only with a facemask we have to let your jaw and teeth heel. My son said mom will you take me tonight to buy a facemask.
DOCTOR + Staff = OUTSTANDING!
About Front Desk: Awesome! The staff was very helpful and concerned for my son and making him comfortable. Which made me (mom) feel calm and at ease.

Dr. Sullivan is EXCELLENT! I went to my general dentist yesterday and found out that I needed a root canal. My situation was very unique and required a specialist. I called my insurance company to find out which endodontist accepted my insurance plan. I ended up calling 16 different people since this was my first time needing a specialist for anything. Dr. Sullivan was the last person I called, and the receptionist were so friendly that I felt "at home" when I spoke to them. I had to get a root canal done along with stitching (due to my unique situation). I did not feel any pain during the procedure..in fact, I think I almost fell asleep because I kept my eyes shut (I get nervous) and Dr. Sullivan was very gentle with my tooth. I am terrified of needles, so when they numbed my gums, one of the employees let me hold their hand. This office goes out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and at ease. I also accidentally paid more than I was suppose to, and his office called me immediately to make sure I got my money back. The entire office is excellent! I wish they had a general practice for cleaning teeth! If I or a family member ever need a root canal, we are definitely going to Dr. Sullivan!

My Review of Dr. John Sullivan
I needed an emergency root canal the day before my wedding. Dr. Sullivan and his staff were just amazing. They were beyond kind and got me in and out in less than an hour. In plenty of time for the rehearsal dinner :-)

I went into Dr. Sullivan's office with fears and left so relaxed and remarkably pain free. This was the first time I had to ask if everything was going ok only to be told that the procedure was complete. If I ever have the need again Dr. Sullivan is going to be my only choice. He is wonderful and the office staff are all so very professional - Dr. Sullivan even called a few hours after to check in and said to call him for anything - great place!!!

Excellent Dentist who did a wonderful job! Got a root canal done and I am not a fan of the dentist. Dr. Sullivan explained everything in the beginning, was very clear about all options did the root canal fast and did a great job! I have one done before and this was by far the best experience. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family. Lifesaver

My experience with Dr. Sullivan was Awesome! Although my procedure was a bit complicated at first and needed additional exertion, I could see in his attitude that he was equal to the task in hand. Informative and well trained in his practice, Dr.Sullivan has demonstrated great follow up by calling me hours after the treatment to see how I was coming along. Thumbs up for the team of professional staff members whom all seem to work well together! I recommend wholeheartedly!!!

Had a root canal today. The staff and doctor were very accommodating and professional. I was anxious about not seeing the doctor I had previously seen in this office. However, my anxiety was short lived after my appointment began. I will definitely recommend Dr. Sullivan to friends and family!
