As a person whom has never before had a cavity being told I needed to root canal in a front tooth made me slightly nervous. Especially with the many horror stories one usually will hear about this procedure. Dr. Yazhari went above and beyond explaining the entire process. During my time I watched a comedy show on their ceiling mounted flat screen and wound up laughing during my entire root canal ! Before I knew it she was done. No pain, no fuss, and quick! Dr. Yazhari also internally bleached the tooth to match the others and the results were amazing. She gave me my confidence in my smile back! Without a doubt the best dentist I have ever been to.

About Hygienist: Kristan did an excellent job during my initial exam. She thoroughly explained everything and left my teeth feeling cleaner than they ever have before. Her bright and cheery personality made it an even more enjoyable place to be.

As someone with a checkered history of professional dental maintenance, and poor experiences with other dentists, I was actually so delighted by my time at Dr. Yazhari's office that my attitude has completely changed. The entire staff at Texas Dental left nothing to be desired from the moment that I walked in the door. I would like to mention a few of the specific individuals who directly attended to my care, beginning with the superb X-Rays, exam, and cleaning from a new member of her staff, Allison. When a problem was identified and upon returning for treatment, Amanda familiarized me with new techniques now used and ensured that information and comfort were a priority. Dr. Yazhari performed the procedure with great skill and patience, and even though the problem ended up being a bit more complex than anticipated, handled the situation expertly. At checkout, Rhonda promptly and politely made sure that everything was in order so that I could be on my way as soon as possible. I can't stress enough how throughout the entire visit, questions and concerns were encouraged and answered without fail. I am now beginning a regular maintenance routine due to my wonderful experience with this team.

About Hygienist: Allison is an excellent new Hygienist. She is very polite, eager to perform well in her duties, and performed an impressive cleaning. The seemingly small gesture of letting me control my own suction gave me a great sense of empowerment, and was greatly appreciated.

Dr. Yazhari is the best dentist I've been to! I have always had a great experience at Texas Dental. I went to another dentist within network to try to save on cost, but had the worst dental experience of my life. I called Texas Dental back that day and told them I couldn't believe I went elsewhere and had to come back. The staff is so helpful and nice, the facilities are state-of-the-art, and the dental work Dr. Yazhari does is perfect. I would recommend the practice and Dr. Yazhari to anyone in the DFW area.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff is always prepared and friendly. They are aware of who is coming in when, and there is hardly ever a wait to get back in to see your dentist. The woman who handles billing & payment is also very nice and helpful, and she make sure you are taken care of and are given all of the options available.

About Hygienist: All of the hygienists I have seen at Texas Dental have been exemplary. They are not only great at dental work, but they are all professionals in customer service as well.

when I was about to leave I found out that dr yazhari was the only dentist in the office on a busy Saturday. I couldn't even tell. she had a great attitude and she didn't rush me when I asked questions.

About Hygienist: most of my time was spent with my hygienist Michelle. I hadn't been to the dentist for a while and I was nervous and embarrassed when I came in. she was very polite, friendly, non-judgemental and made me feel at ease. she spent a lot of time answering all of my many questions.

This is the first time I have ever left a review for any establishment. I figured I should pay it forward for all the times I have used yelp to guide my decisions. It is with utmost sincerity that I give Dr. Yasamin Yazhari 5 stars. I have been plagued by bad dentist after bad dentist. I have been to offices that prey on fear, forcing expensive treatment plans and hastily performing their work. The office itself is pristine, the staff is open and friendly. Everyone is happy and most importantly honest. Dr. Yasamin Yazhari is extremely gifted in her skills as a dentist and as a caregiver. She is very professional, yet personable and caring. She is conservative in her work. She never dictates what work needs to be done on me, but rather, offers advice and makes sure that I am completely comfortable. She is patient and benevolent. She makes it her primary goal to ensure that we are on the same page. Once in the chair, I feel completely confident in the wonderful work of the Dentist behind the mask.

I had a good sized filling fall out a couple times, so I visited a dentist, but that dentist just started down the path of a crown and strong potential for a root canal without any investigative work to see if that was necessary. I had re-inserted the filling so it was still intact. I did not feel comfortable since I had no pain, that grinding down the tooth or performing a root canal was really necessary. So, I started my search again for a dentist. After reading reviews on YELP, Texas Dental and all of the staff appeared to be highly recommended. So I thought I would give them a try. Dr. Yahzari did not just say; "You need a crown". Instead, she actually removed the filling, and took a serious look at the tooth and surrounding area, had Amanda take a quick x-ray with the filling out, and then made an informed decision that the filling could be re-cemented in. That made my day! There are just too many dentists taking short cuts, but not Dr. Yazhari. Thanks again for doing your homework, and treating with knowledge and not just jumping to conclusions.

I went in for a sore gum around my tooth along with my routine cleaning this past Saturday and they had me in and out in 2 hours. Everything was just as great as the last 4 years I've been going here! I used to see Dr. Lazaris and Dr. Ricci who have done a lot of restoration work on me in the past, and they are both awesome, but I also see Dr. Yazhari, who is just as wonderful! She is very knowledgable, thorough and patient and most importantly, painless! All the other doctors here are really great too. I always highly recommend any of my friends who work or live close to the Plano/North Dallas area to visit Texas Dental. You will be happy you did!

My eight year old daughter has had heart surgery - for us a dentist is as important as her cardiologist! A week ago she broke one of her crowns and we were able to schedule an emergency appointment with Dr. Yazhari for the very next day, Dr. Yazhari evaluated her and decided to correct with a filling. Our daughter had been very nervous due to past experiences with her previous dentists. When they were finished, she was so relieved, painless and has had no discomfort since. When I asked her about her experience she said, "Between Dr. Yazi´s soft hands and the movie I was watching on the ceiling, time just flew!!" . I recommend full heartedly Dr. Yazhari, she is an incredible professional and at the same time a very confident warm doctor. If all dentists were like her, there would be no white robe syndrome!!

Fantastic experience with challenging fillings. Dr. Yazhari and Laura were efficient and very patient to ensure the fillings were correct. They both consistantly checked in with me throughout the procedure to ensure I was comfortable. This was by far the most stressfree and painless fillings I have every had.
