Dr Fay took his time with me to to explain my options for replacing my missing tooth. I decided to have a dental implant placed when I learned he could place the implant and restore it himself . Some dentists send you to another dentist to place the implant then have you come back for the crown . The placement of the implant only took a half an hour and was painless. I was a little sore that night but not too bad. The next day I received a call from Dr Fay to see how I was doing of which I thought was very nice of him. After four months to let the implant heal he placed a crown on it. I would definitely recommend him.

I've been going to Dr. Fay for years! Honestly the waiting room is a place I'm not familiar with because they are very respectful of my appointment time. They always get me right in. I've seen both doctors at this office and they make sure I have any questions answered and the staff are the nicest girls. The front desk is also really helpful with my insurance questions. I would definitely recommend going to see this dentist. I've been happy since my first visit.

My experience at Fay Dental was the worst! They rush you through the visit just to get to the next victim! James Fay is not thorough with his exam so you end up going back with a problem so he can make more money off of you! His work is not properly done so you end up with a more serious problem! Do not go to them!
