a dental nightmare! told my daughter she had one cavity in her baby tooth. he said if she brushed it, it would not get bigger. recommended no treatment for the cavity. we brushed her tooth diligently. one year later, the tooth collapsed. two root canals and a cap later at a pediatric dentist. he was angry at my daughter and I because she was scared. now those two teeth have to be extracted. he missed the other cavity. all of this could have been avoided if he just filled the cavity in the first place.worst dentist!

He is a genius -- and a total sweetheart! He is an extremely honest guy that came highly recommended by quite a few people. My first visit to Dr. Shuster's office was clearly based on emergency case. When I got to his office, I was taken as a priority case immediately without any wait. After taking x-ray, he discussed the procedure and options available to help me. He provided thorough and necessary treatment with an exceptionally gentle approach. In addition, Dr. Shuster called me the next morning, to check on my status. How often you meet a very busy dentist who demonstrates such concern in their patients? Words can never adequately express my gratitude. FAVORITE DENTIST FOREVER!

I've always been afraid of going to the dentist and I waited until I couldn't take the pain any longer to find a new dentist. I looked in the yellow pages and found Dr. Shuster who saw me the same day. I told him about my anxiety and he worked with me to get through the root canal and out of pain as fast and as gentle as possible. I haven't had a problem with that tooth and its been 3 years. I was so impressed with his professional behavior and knowledge that I have been going back ever since. I tried several dentists before Dr. Shuster and have never been so happy with my dentist. His staff is friendly, the receptionist is welcoming and I have never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seated (which is big for me). I also never heard of the confirmation/cancellation policy the other review talked about. I receive confirmation calls for every visit and go to the appointments which are NOT automatically cancelled. I would recommend Dr. Shuster to anyone, he's a great dentist.

Unprofessional business practices! They will call you to "confirm" an appointment but state that they will cancel it if they do NOT hear back from you. I thought this was an odd practice as never encountered it before. My husband did not confirm after receiving a message, and did not show go as he knew that it would be canceled. Months later when I called to make the appointment the person who answered acted like they did not have my records. Asked me "Are you sure you've been here before?", put me on hold then took my name & gave me an appt. When they called to confirm, they didn't call my number, they left a message on my husband's phone. About 2 weeks later we receive a bill for $50 EACH for these "no show" appointments. (note: that is about 2.5 months AFTER his appointment, we received his charge for the first time!) My husband called to discuss this matter with them, he was interrupted constantly by a woman there, then she hung up on him. He called back and Dr. Schuster answered. He refused to send us a copy of the Original bill for my just husband's charge, told us he would take us to collections, and then hung up! More upset at being treated poorly and it is very shady practice! Don't be tricked with misleading messages!
