Unprofessional business practices! They will call you to "confirm" an appointment but state that they will cancel it if they do NOT hear back from you. I thought this was an odd practice as never encountered it before. My husband did not confirm after receiving a message, and did not show go as he knew that it would be canceled. Months later when I called to make the appointment the person who answered acted like they did not have my records. Asked me "Are you sure you've been here before?", put me on hold then took my name & gave me an appt. When they called to confirm, they didn't call my number, they left a message on my husband's phone. About 2 weeks later we receive a bill for $50 EACH for these "no show" appointments. (note: that is about 2.5 months AFTER his appointment, we received his charge for the first time!) My husband called to discuss this matter with them, he was interrupted constantly by a woman there, then she hung up on him. He called back and Dr. Schuster answered. He refused to send us a copy of the Original bill for my just husband's charge, told us he would take us to collections, and then hung up! More upset at being treated poorly and it is very shady practice! Don't be tricked with misleading messages!
