Dr. Madill does all of the work (including routine cleanings) himself. He is casual, but professional. He is also very friendly and courteous.

I first went to Dr. Madill to get second opinion after another dentist told me I needed several fillings and "special cleanings". He gave me a clean bill of health and has been my dentist ever since. I would characterize him as honest, friendly and highly professional. He does all the work himself and seems to be one of the few dentists who doesn't recommend unnecessary work. I highly recommend him.

The best of the best. As a new patient I found myself very happy. I have very high expectations and Dr. Madill met those. He did a great job and even sent a thank you note after my first visit thanking me for my business. This says a lot in my book.

I've been a patient of Dr. Madill's for over 15 years and wouldn't think of going to anyone else. I had an emergency once and he met me at the office at 7:00AM on a Saturday. He has a very gentle manner and which makes it much easier for a paitent who has a fear of dental procedures. He even cleans your teeth himself. He's very gentle and does all possible to put his patients at ease. His receptionists are also the very best and are always polite and helpful.

Customer service by staff and dentist were great. Dentist was friendly with a good sense of humor. Cleaning was painless and effective. I went back to get a routine filling. While administering the shot to numb my mouth my cheek and chin were squeezed so hard that it left a large visible bruise underneath my jaw . So instead of looking like I had been in a bar fight, for almost a week I had to cover up the bruise with makeup.

Dr. Madill is a very skilled and meticulous dentist in my experience. I have been his patient for nearly 10 years and he has done several crowns and fillings on me during that time. He has also diagnosed some serious problems requiring root canals and other dental surgery. Dr. Madill's work is technically excellent and he is extremely thorough. He even does your teeth cleanings himself!
Dr. Madill is easy to talk with, makes you comfortable, and gives you information in way that is clear and easy to understand. His credentials are top notch and he graduated dental school at UOP, one of the best dental programs in the country. His practice is quite busy and it's no wonder why. You need to book appointments well in advance, and its worth it. He's not the cheapest dentist available, but he's not the most expensive either and it's worth it to get your work done by the best. Dexterity, skill with hands/tools, knowledge and experience are the keys to a good dentist. Dr Madill has all of these, and he's a realy nice guy to boot.
Suzzi in the front office is also very courteous and helpful with insurance and other questions. This combined with the above and easy/cheap parking at sutter stockton garage makes it the perfect package

Dr. Madill doesn't have a hygienist, but does all of the work on my teeth himself, which is great. He is kind, thorough, and skilled. He has been my dentist for more than 10 years, and I've never been disappointed. Suzy, who staffs his front desk, is efficient, responsive, and also very nice.

I have been seeing Dr. Madill for over 4 yrs. now and I am getting ready to move. Let's put it this way...I am considering flying up for my appointments. He is a great dentist with a friendly front office. (Suzie) I refer him to all my friends.

When I was new to the area, I visited a dentist who told me I needed six cavaties filled and two special cleanings. I went to Dr. Madill to get a second opinion. He told me that I did not need any work done (10 years later, I still haven't had any issues with cavities). Unlike many dentists these days, he doesn't recommend unnecessary work. His respect for his patients and easy-going, professional manner make him a pleasure to visit (as far as going to any dentist can be a 'pleasure'!). I definitely recommend Dr. Madill as a dentist.

Dr Madill "covered" for my regular dentist who was on vacation.
He squeezed me in on an emergency basis within 4 hours of my call and treated me professionally, courteously and successfully. I would definitely recommend him.
