this office is extremely unprofessional and I honestly do not know why it is open. if you go Tuesday and Thursday they are not even open the two days they claim they are. on top of that they do not respond to message when trying to make an appointment. it is evident that if you aren't seen at the weatcheater office than you are not a priority . the Bronx office is a joke and he refuses to see patients from this office in his high scale westchester office.its sad and frustrating that these are the professionals we deal with.

he's veery disrespectful he does not do a thorough or even decent job, I went for a cleaning he threw some toothpaste on brushed my teeth and told me to rinse I was done. he is of no help no care directions or anything, and years later I am paying for his poor cleanings he needs to have his license revoked

Great dentist. Does great work and explains everything in detail. He has done root canals, crowns, and the normal procedures for me. I have been going to him for years and he has always been courteous. friendly and professional. I have recommended him to many people because of the great work that he does.

I took my kids to see this Dr. and on the first visit he was rude. Walked into the room and in the first meeting never greeted us nor my children both below age 8. The procedure was a check up and clean, it took him 2 minutes to take one look and then he walked out without a word. I just read that he has 4 kids...I'm shocked, you would never know. I decided to try him again 3 months later, everyone has a bad day and deserves a second chance. My experience was the same, no hello, no introduction.
Right now I am in the process of finding another Dentist for my family. He just lost potential customers and gained a person who would never recommend him.
About Hygienist: It's unfortunate that he is so rude, because I found everyone in the White Plains office exceptionally friendly and respectful. He surrounds himself with very nice people which I guess after 2 bad experiences cloth his bad manners.

Dr. Polinsky never showed up for my appointment! I sat in the chair waiting for almost an hour. He called the office 20 minutes into my appt time claiming he'll arrive in 5 minutes and just never arrived. He never apologized or tried to reschedule. I remained in severe pain and neglected by this "dentist." Beware of him!

Dr. Polinsky has been my dentist for over 20 years. He and his staff are all very nice people. Dr. P. has excellent chair-side manners and is very aware of my fear of dentists and dental work.
I would recommend Dr. P. to anybody who needed a really good dentist.

Very well mannered. Presents well. Teeth cleaning could be a little more thorough, but still overall great.
