I took my kids to see this Dr. and on the first visit he was rude. Walked into the room and in the first meeting never greeted us nor my children both below age 8. The procedure was a check up and clean, it took him 2 minutes to take one look and then he walked out without a word. I just read that he has 4 kids...I'm shocked, you would never know. I decided to try him again 3 months later, everyone has a bad day and deserves a second chance. My experience was the same, no hello, no introduction. Right now I am in the process of finding another Dentist for my family. He just lost potential customers and gained a person who would never recommend him.

About Hygienist: It's unfortunate that he is so rude, because I found everyone in the White Plains office exceptionally friendly and respectful. He surrounds himself with very nice people which I guess after 2 bad experiences cloth his bad manners.
