I made an appointment with Dr. Ingberman on June 28. Before that day I gave my union member ID. The day before my appointment receptionist called me to confirm. On my appointment day when I was in the office receptionist told me that they can't verify with my insurance company if I'm eligible. The had 1 week to contact with my insurance, and they didn't.Then they asked me to pay for the service and then get the reimbursement from my union. I waist 2 hours of my time going there and didn't get any servise at all. The both teceptioonists were very unprofessional and rude. I will never go there or recommend anyone. I dont know how the doctor work ( I ask if I can see him, he didn't show up ), but the receptionists need to be replaced.

We appreciate doctor's work, but were very disappointed with the staff and billing department in particular. Doctor sent several pre-approval requests to our insurance company and they were approved, then he did more work and sent more bills without even completing previously approved requests. We believe that office had to notify patient in advance about the financial situation and discuss it before performing final procedures. My husband went for the final cleaning and one filling and was under impression that these all will be covered, because he declined an expensive procedure previously approved by insurance company. During the visit doctor did three fillings instead of one, but nobody notified us that my husband will be billed for this work. We believe it is very poor patient treatment and unethical.

Excellent work on my implants, have them for a 6 months now, like my own teeth. Don't mind driving for 2 hours from upstate to Brooklyn to see this doc, completely satisfied with service, he definitely knows what he is doing.

All my relatives are Semyon's patients. He is the best: experienced, pleasant and quick to respond to patient's needs.
His office time is limitless and he'll stay afterhours to help you out in case of emergency! Every time I leave his chair after treatment I tell him: "You have golden hands".

has to be one of the best dentists in the world!!! and i mean that when i say it. i went all over the world to find a dentis and dr. ingberman took care of me the best way he could.......i would recommend you all to come to him.. his hands are made out of gold
