We appreciate doctor's work, but were very disappointed with the staff and billing department in particular. Doctor sent several pre-approval requests to our insurance company and they were approved, then he did more work and sent more bills without even completing previously approved requests. We believe that office had to notify patient in advance about the financial situation and discuss it before performing final procedures. My husband went for the final cleaning and one filling and was under impression that these all will be covered, because he declined an expensive procedure previously approved by insurance company. During the visit doctor did three fillings instead of one, but nobody notified us that my husband will be billed for this work. We believe it is very poor patient treatment and unethical.
