Read Reviews for Dr. Frank Sapienza
Dr Sapienza was good and gentle. He did not have the instruments in front for the patient to see, so I could not tell if they had be sterilized before they used them on me or not. He was very careful to not hurt me.... very concerned with my comfort which was good.
His office staff does not seem very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance and other things like that.... the hygienist was good, but front desk staff was not very professional

His skill seem OK to good but when there was an insurance issue his front desk staff blamed me instead of taking responsibility for their lack of knowledge. She was rude and untrained really. Then the doctor sided with her. It felt hopeless when I saw the dental assistant ALSO had improper training and touched the sterile instruments after handling the TV and did NOT change gloves. Warning.

I went to him after reading many positive reviews. I needed 2 crowns after having root canals from an endontist. During the procedure the drill slipped and cut into the healthy tooth next to the one he was working on. He acted like nothing happened. I kept going back telling him I was in pain in that tooth. He did not acknolwledge the damage he caused and just put some bonding on. I went to another dentist who saw in the xray that there was major damage done to the healthy tooth, plus the posts he put in for the crowns were way too short. Two other dentists since have verified that the posts are much too short and that the once healthy tooth may now need a root canal. Another thing is that I noticed during the procedure that his left hand shook during the procedure. I would not recommend anyone to use this dentist.
