His skill seem OK to good but when there was an insurance issue his front desk staff blamed me instead of taking responsibility for their lack of knowledge. She was rude and untrained really. Then the doctor sided with her. It felt hopeless when I saw the dental assistant ALSO had improper training and touched the sterile instruments after handling the TV and did NOT change gloves.
