my opinion for dr costa: service is based on the insurance that you have, if no ins. and you pay cash then he is a very nice doctor.
i would not recomend this doctor to any of my family or friends
About Hygienist: Does not have Hygienist dr costa does all, he is very rough and rude and yelles not nice at all

I went to the Wantagh office.
First of all his equipment is very outdated, circa 1960 teal blue all over. Leaky tubes, water all over the place. I should have walked out. This guy seemed like he hated his job, passed you through as fast as possible. He told me that I might have " two cavitites. " I said "wait, do i have two cavitites or don't I?"
He then said, " you do, but it might not show up in the xrays"
I decided when I got home to change dentists. I have called his facility 4 times this week, they have not responded to my calls. I am trying to get my xrays so I can go to this new dentist. All this trouble is not worth it for someone who should be retired.
