I was satisified with Dr. Pitzer's work. His prices are reasonable. The location is convenient and his staff is very professional.

Dr. Pitzer clearly demonstrated that he values money over patient care in my case. I had gone in and explained prior to receiving any services that I wanted a cleaning only. My insurance did not cover a second exam within 6 months. He agreed and cleaned my teeth. However, some 2.5 months after the service was rendered, I was sent a bill for an exam that was never given. When I protested, I was treated rudely and hung up on by the office staff.
