Dr. Pitzer clearly demonstrated that he values money over patient care in my case. I had gone in and explained prior to receiving any services that I wanted a cleaning only. My insurance did not cover a second exam within 6 months. He agreed and cleaned my teeth. However, some 2.5 months after the service was rendered, I was sent a bill for an exam that was never given. When I protested, I was treated rudely and hung up on by the office staff.
