Dr. Craig Mcdow and his wonderful staff are just an amazing group of professionals who go out of their way to make the you feel totally at ease. I was so impressed with Dr. Mcdow's state-of-the art surgery center and recovery room. If you're needing any oral procedures done, by all means stop by his office. They will sit with you and discuss treatment options and payments too. I would totally recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. McDow is such a genuin guy, and en exceptional surgeon. I would recommend him to all my friends. His staff is kind and helpful. I am so happy I went to see him!

My dentist referred me to Dr, McDow 2 years ago for implants. I put off making an appointment but finally I saw a tv program about missing teeth, bone loss etc. and made an appointment. From the first minute on I felt the first class services. Dr McDow himself is an amazing surgeon and a super caring person. His staff is highly trained, caring and professional. After 3 appointments with his office I have my 2 implants placed now waiting for the crown to be put on by my dentist. So far I felt almost no pain and the worst part is over for me. I highly recommend Dr. McDow and his office.

The most incredible surgery experience ever. You just are in the best hands, best of the best...No pain, no swelling no problems!!! From start to end...Trust this doctor. My dentist gave me 3 oral surgeons' names. The super picky person I am, I went for opinions after opinions. Asked for patient testimonials and got names of previous patients from all three oral surgeons. He was quick to give me many names, ans every testimonial about Dr. McDow was exceptional. Every patient felt they got their money's worth and would refer their family to him. You will be happy with this doctor and his office. Ask for Dr. McDow in particular.

I was referred to Dr. McDow by Dr. Saenz my regular dentist. Dr. McDow was able to accommodate my surgery at last minute notice. I got my "pink slip" from the school I worked at and his staff booked me right away in order to have my procedure done before my dental insurance was cancelled.
Dr. McDow was highly recommended to me, not only as one of the best in the industry but one of the most understanding with very sensitive patients like me.
He has the gift to put you at ease and make you feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure. He follows up after surgery and is very caring.
I highly recommend him.

I recently had an extraction of my 4 wisdom teeth. I had an excellent experience with Dr McDow and this team, the whole atmosphere is calm, they are very polite, his office is great. Dr Mc Dow is VERY professional and more than competent. He has a lot of experience. He was wonderful! He was the doctor that was looking for. If you are looking for the best oral surgeon - this is the place to go. -Cecilia-

Wonderful treatment of patients.
I had implant surgery. I was taken care of from the minute I walked in the door until the minute I got home. I am very happy with my implant.

I EMPHATICALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE
Dr. McDow is an excellent oral surgeon. He's well trained and does his best to ease any anxiety. HOWEVER, it's the time and stress spent BEFORE and AFTER the surgery that this NEGATIVE feedback/review comes from. The OFFICE STAFF has proven to be disorganized and non-communicative as a whole.
It's an unfortunate mismatch of a competent surgeon with such an incompetent and unreliable staff. And the problem is that the majority of interaction between the patient and the office occurs between the patient and staff. Not all of the staff members are this way, I had the luck of working with one helpful member, Jennifer, but she didn't have the authority to help with the mis-scheduling or payment errors.
The finance staff, Jo and Elena, though friendly, didn't handle questions of the claim and payments accurately and timely- and though my file is in one place, misspellings and errors were on my reimbursement checks causing stress, time delays, and unnecessary revisits to the office to clear things up.
I would expect the office manager, Geeta, to make sure the procedures of the office would be handled smoothly, however, my questions seemed to be just passed along without much concern.

Dr. McDow extracted all 4 of my wisdom teeth and I am SO fortunate to have gone to him. It was painless, and I was up and about the next morning. All of my friends were so impressed, and knew I had an EXCELLENT surgeon. In addition to his physical skill, his chairside manner was impeccable. Dr. McDow and his entire staff made me feel comfortable and cared for at all times. When I asked for help with my insurance forms, they had explained that they had already taken care of everything. Because of Dr. McDow and his staff, having my wisdom teeth extracted was a successful and pleasurable experience. THANK YOU Dr. McDow!! Shirleen
