Dr. Reynolds is a godsend! I broke my front tooth while eating breakfast. My friend recommended her so I called the office and got an immediate emergency appointment. (Because lord knows i didn't want to walk around looking like a hillbilly) I was prepared to wait, but i was in and out and on my way to work with my new filling in under an hour! Overall great experience, I'll be coming back for my way overdue cleaning.

Follow up review to the one left above about the credit check on 11/22/13... I followed up with Dr. Reynolds' office and after explaining to her the situation, her office was very helpful in resolving it. I have fully removed any credit hit from my record thanks to their quick responses and help. My experience started as a very bad one (which I later found out wasn't their fault at all), but they helped turn it into a positive one. Thank you!

I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds as she is one of the very best in the business. Very caring and knowledgeable. Entire office staff is very friendly and all are true professionals. Office is conveniently located in the city. I work for a large corporation and refer employees to the office regularly.

Dr. Reynolds is the finest dentist in NYC. Extremely thorough & well versed in dentistry. I have had extensive work done over the past 30 years and never had any issues. The office is in a great location and the office staff is super. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds.

Went to her a few years ago and it was fine, nothing special but fine. I paid everything I owed and never heard from her again. 3 years later I checked my credit score and she sent some money I owed to a collection agency and really hurt my credit score. She never told me that I owed any money or I wouuld've paid - she just sent it straight to the collection agency. Now I have to deal with some shady agency in Atlanta and my credit score took a negative hit. This is the only time it's ever happened to me as I always pay my bills on time. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST - DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS.

Reynolds herself is condescending and rude. Her office is run down and her employees are versed to attempt to sell you services you do not need ($1000 plastic mouth guards, unnecessary fillings, etc.) Their billing rates are absolutely outrageous; at least four times the average the majority of dentists charge. Avoid this place.

The hygenists and staff do an excellent job. I appreciate Dr. Reynold's willingness to discuss and explain her findings. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone!!
