I have never experienced so many negative issues with one dentist.
He made one of my crowns to overlap my gum line rather than original underlay.
He roughed up the surface of my teeth and did not know how to smooth them out again. He left the flossable edges of my teeth very tough, where my floss gets cut and snagged. After telling him that I did not want to do more work than my insurance covered, he went on to do more work without asking my permission.
About Front Desk: Dishonest front desk help, poor communication skills.

Dr. Nagavi and Dr. Hamidi are great. Dr. Nagavi does his injections so smoothly I couldn't even feel the numbing medicine injection! I had a couple of fillings and a root canal, all-in-all about 1/2 a day in their office that went as smooth as it could.

Have had extensive treatment and could not be happier. Removed all silver/mercury fillings and replaced with composite fillings, had root canal and chipped front tooth repaired. I'm a big 'ol baby when it comes to dental pain and even after my root canal the pain was minimal. I felt NO pain during....Thank God! I would recommend Dr. Nagavi Highly to anyone seeking a competent gentle dentist.

I couldn't be happier with the emergency service Dr. Nagavi and his staff provided me when my tooth pain was not getting better and other dentist's offices were closed. I googled "emergency dentist" and gave his 24 hour line a call. They greeted me at 11pm with a smile and the doc extracted my painful tooth. Now that I know they are there, I will go there for my regular visits.

I had to have 9 teeth pulled and was very nervous to go into the office.I was greeted witha hug by Deborah the hygenist, she is great! She and Dr. Nagavi work very well together at making you feel at ease. They ask how your doing during procedures & tell you they will stop if your experiencing pain. Dr. Nagavi also has a good sense of humor and is very personable with patients. I was told that I would have to have gas when this procedure was done, I didn't. Dr. Nagavi made sure I was numb and he even cut my gums open and stitched them up I felt no pain! Well untli the novicaine wore off.
