I see Dr. Patel and absolutely love this office! Their staff are wonderful, they're so very patient, and very concerned about how I feel personally every time I am there. They take great care of me. I will not go anywhere else.

Extremely inconsiderate.
If you miss an oppointment with Dr Retherford without giving a 24 hour notice, you are charged a $25. This is reasonable, I have no problem with this.
However, Dr Retherford can and will cancel your appointment without giving you the same courtesy. I have a 4:45 appointment. I left work 2 hours early to make it there at 4:20. When I arrived, the receptionist told me my appointment was canceled. Apparently they left a message while I was driving over there, and she thought that was good enough. No apology or anything, just an attitude.
While Dr Retherford seemed like a competent dentist, I think you should choose one who will honor his appointments and not cancel at the last minute when he feels like closing early.

I have been going to Doctor Retherford for 20+ years. I love the "Floss Nizi" she truly cares about her patients. The lady that said it is an overkill and that her husband woudl not return most likely does not floos and feel a lot of guilt. I am glad she reeminds her patients how important it is to floss. It is not an overkill, I think she should talk more about hit. Keep Flossing ! !
About Hygienist: I love the Floss Queen, the other hygienist needs to be more like her.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and made multiple calls to help me get a convenient appointment time. Dr Retherford is no-fuss and straightforward, and the several hygienists are informative and do a good job. Only one negative: the "floss-Nazi" -- one hygienist is very persistent and vocal about flossing and will keep a constant verbal barrage (generally good natured, but definitely overkill) during the entire cleaning. She is the only reason my husband has not been back to the dentist since our first visit two years ago. Otherwise, I liked everything else about Dr Retherford and his office and staff.

This Dentist is the best that I have ever been to. Personable down to earth gentleman with a great nack for doing his job. I highly recommend him and his staff.

This is the best dentist I have been to in years, I hope to remain there for years to come. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. I never have to wait long and the facilities are very very nice.
