The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and made multiple calls to help me get a convenient appointment time. Dr Retherford is no-fuss and straightforward, and the several hygienists are informative and do a good job. Only one negative: the "floss-Nazi" -- one hygienist is very persistent and vocal about flossing and will keep a constant verbal barrage (generally good natured, but definitely overkill) during the entire cleaning. She is the only reason my husband has not been back to the dentist since our first visit two years ago. Otherwise, I liked everything else about Dr Retherford and his office and staff.
