About Front Desk: His front office is run by his wife who is rude and unfriendly. She would make phone calls to me, hang up and then say she never called, many times over. Sometimes I wondered if I was ever going to get an appointment made at all. She complained about filing my insurance, caused problems "not" faxing my dental records to another dentist when she promised she had and then I got kicked out as a patient because she said I was too difficult to work with, as she sobbed in front of her husband Dr. Willoughby. She's not stable and I don't miss that. I don't understand to this day why he allows her to undermine his business like this. Not all family members should be employees.

About Front Desk: Front Desk awful due to the manager/wife of the place. YOu can deal with the receptionist but she will call you right back harassing you. It is very sad that such a good dentist has to lose patients because of his wife. All she cares about is getting payment and will call and harass you while not even filing your insurance. Unacceptable behavior.

About Hygienist: Hygienist are great and very nice. I think they are a little uptight but I feel that is because the wife is walking around like a crazy person making everyone nervous.
