I have known Dr. Willoughby for years. I think he is a great man and a great dentist. It is hard to find a good dentist. However, I will never go back to him or refer anyone else to him. His front office staff is horrific and unfortunately the manager and main person at the front desk is his wife!! So, therefore I dont think the problem will change. Every time she has called me she has hung up on me. She failed to file my insurance and then sent me a bill with Payment due immediately without even filing my insurance, which i did not know. She was asking about money while I was in the chair getting work done. She is VERY RUDE and unprofessional. If he could get rid of her working in his office then things would be a lot better!! SHe is NUTS!!!

About Front Desk: Front Desk awful due to the manager/wife of the place. YOu can deal with the receptionist but she will call you right back harassing you. It is very sad that such a good dentist has to lose patients because of his wife. All she cares about is getting payment and will call and harass you while not even filing your insurance. Unacceptable behavior.

About Hygienist: Hygienist are great and very nice. I think they are a little uptight but I feel that is because the wife is walking around like a crazy person making everyone nervous.
