The staff at Dr. Bratton's office is so friendly, yet professional. They make you feel welcome and appreciated as a client. They don't push you into going with options that are extra expense, yet will provide information for that service when I inquire about them. I asked about the teeth whitening kit and got the information I needed to decide I wanted to try it. Love the results so far!

About Front Desk: The front desk staff are always very helpful and pleasant. They don't push you to buy things, but are willing to give you information if asked.

best dental experiences I have ever had. I have been a patient for over six years and drive 56 miles round trip to have procedures and regular cleanings done. staff is outstanding! helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Ladies at the front are always very friendly to me. Dr. Bratton is great. He is a great "people person". Is very aware of his patient's feelings and wants you to be pain free at all times. If it's not his area, he sends you on to a specialist (unlike some dentist in this town!) Never recommends additional procedures unless there is no other choice. When my dental insurance changed, I made sure I got on a plan that Dr. Bratton accepts.

About Hygienist: Nancy is great. Finally got my husband to switch to her (his didn't hurt). He regrets he waited so long, she is the best! She spends time with you, doing a thorough job. She is so sweet. My family loves her!!!

Good dentist, very friendly. The staff in the front office isn't so friendly. He is painless and has great chair-side manners.

About Hygienist: Glenda, the hygienist, has bad manners. She was quite rude to me. I would not go back to her.

My brother and I went to school with Dr Bratton. My wife thinks he is "HOT"(she told me to write it that way. She says it doesnt hurt as much because he is so dreamy!

Dr. Bratton is a wonderful and caring dentist. He loves his kids and he loves his job! WONDERFUL experience--and I am hard to please! :)

Dissappointed, son's visit fine...my visit, terrible> will find better Pros: Friendly staff, nearby location Cons: It's extremely pricey considering how outdated the office and equipment are. One would expect with such prices: more updates (overhead lights with cracks, no plastic on equipment, outdated exam chairs, outdated xrays, and a hygienist who chewed gum, talked non stop and had lipstick smeared all over her mask like it had been flipped vs changed. The dentist was on vacation and staff was unsupervised. Definitely questionable. I will not return.

Dr. Bratton is awesome. Been a patient for over 10 years and he hasn't ever hurt me! His staff is wonderful and very friendly. Would highly recommend him to everyone!

Super friendly staff and the dentist is also very patient and friendly. Overall I love this dentist office everyone is helpful and concerned about your best interest. They also have laughing gas if your someone like me that's a big chicken, especially being I had went to dentist's in the past that could remind you of a horror flick. But this place is fantastic! :)
