Ladies at the front are always very friendly to me. Dr. Bratton is great. He is a great "people person". Is very aware of his patient's feelings and wants you to be pain free at all times.
If it's not his area, he sends you on to a specialist (unlike some dentist in this town!) Never recommends additional procedures unless there is no other choice. When my dental insurance changed, I made sure I got on a plan that Dr. Bratton accepts.
About Hygienist: Nancy is great. Finally got my husband to switch to her (his didn't hurt). He regrets he waited so long, she is the best! She spends time with you, doing a thorough job. She is so sweet. My family loves her!!!
