I have never had a bad experience at all. Dr. Dudley is polite, very experienced, and a wonderful dentist.

I had to return to the office 7 times for one root canal. When I spoke with him about the return visits he became upset. I have a reaction to latex so that is marked on my chart and after 6 visits my chart is clearly noted. Dr. Dudley worked in my mouth with latex. He not informing me of such. I started to itch allover and couldnt brreath. Dr. Dudley cont. to work on me hurting my lips and jaw and dug into my gums making them bleed and mind you I was not numb. OMG!! Dr. was truly a nightmare

I have been to doctor dudley for many years and I have also been very satisfied each time. I have no complaints and never feel rushed or that he is overbooked. He is booked up because he is a great dentist. They are very attentive and they have a great retention rate for their staff and that speaks volumes.
If someone is unsatisfied with his office or work then they were probably having their own personal problem that day.

Dr. Dudley is an amazing dentist! He recommended orthodontia and I have been pleased with this. I will always go to him and recommend him as a dentist.

He is a wonderful dentist! They have the best staff around. They actually care and smile!! I had no problem getting a referral to get my wisdom teeth out. The hygienists are extremely nice and gentle.

Leaves a lot to be desired. Always feeling being rushed for whatever reason- overbooked or inefficient scheduling and planning by the office manager.
Had some incident when paid twice for the same area just because it did not stay in place.
Billing is confusing; billing forms designed very poorly. Charges are high.
Looking for another dentist.

The only dentist my neice will go to. Great Dentist. He is very considerate, wants to do procedures that last a life time. Great front desk service.

This Dr. tries to be the Dentist, the assitant and the receptionist all in one. He does not take time for the patient. Not happy at all. He has hurt me more than once. I am no longer a patient of his.
