My "dental phobia" has almost been cured by just 2 visits to Dr. Brock's Office. Everyone is very friendly, supportive, understanding, helpful, and professional. I have more work to be done, and am looking forward to doing it here. Kudos to Dr. Brock and all of his staff!
About Hygienist: Sherry, my hygienist, was very caring, patient, and explained everything to me, answered my questions, and was gentle in her work. Very personable-a real gem!

Dr. Brock is not only one of the kindest men I've ever met, but he is also the gentlest dentist I've ever been to (and I've seen many dentists). There is nothing that scares me more than a dental appointment, but Dr. Brock makes my experience at the dentist's office very pleasant.

My first visit was standard, cleaning and x-rays. I made a follow-up appointment for a few weeks later. The ofice called my home, and when I didn't answer they proceeded to call my employer three times, demanding that I confirm my appointment or it would be cancelled. Of course, I didn't get the message until that day, by which time they had already canceled my appointment. Spoke with Dr. Brock about the breach of my privacy as well as terrible customer service; his apology was forced and insincere, and his unwillingness to shift his schedule for the following day to rectify the situation was a slap in the face.
Dr. Brock may be a decent dentist, but I definitely do NOT recommend this dentist, as he doesn't treat his clients with respect.

I've gone to Dr. Brock for years. He's dedicated to personalized card and making sure you are satisfied and smiling brightly.
