My first visit was standard, cleaning and x-rays. I made a follow-up appointment for a few weeks later. The ofice called my home, and when I didn't answer they proceeded to call my employer three times, demanding that I confirm my appointment or it would be cancelled. Of course, I didn't get the message until that day, by which time they had already canceled my appointment. Spoke with Dr. Brock about the breach of my privacy as well as terrible customer service; his apology was forced and insincere, and his unwillingness to shift his schedule for the following day to rectify the situation was a slap in the face.
Dr. Brock may be a decent dentist, but I definitely do NOT recommend this dentist, as he doesn't treat his clients with respect.
