I had a porcelin crown that Dr. Lam had done. Due to my negligence it broke and was completely destroyed. He replace the crown without charge, only asking that I not bite on anything almost frozen again, :-) I was very thankful, as I am retired and don't have dental insurance.

Nappy Lam is the founding member of the thumbs up crew!! Even though he is left-handed, he makes for a great dentist.

I have had 3 very negative experiences with dentists and avoided going for many years. I went to Dr. Lam for an emergency (fractured tooth) based on a recommendation from my cousin. I had a wonderful experience there (no pain, they are VERY understanding about anxiety, great care). I have since been back several times for both routine cleanings and dental procedures and everytime I go has been great. Everyone in the office is wonderful (the receptionists, hygienists, Dr. Lam). I have referred several people to Dr. Lam's office as well. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Lam and his staff. They are wonderful and if it were not for them I probably would still be avoiding the dentist!
