I have had 3 very negative experiences with dentists and avoided going for many years. I went to Dr. Lam for an emergency (fractured tooth) based on a recommendation from my cousin. I had a wonderful experience there (no pain, they are VERY understanding about anxiety, great care). I have since been back several times for both routine cleanings and dental procedures and everytime I go has been great. Everyone in the office is wonderful (the receptionists, hygienists, Dr. Lam). I have referred several people to Dr. Lam's office as well. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Lam and his staff. They are wonderful and if it were not for them I probably would still be avoiding the dentist!
