He is very knowledgeable, caring and informative, but the retreatment of my root canal did not take, and now I need an apicoectomey.
About Front Desk: Maria's customer service needs to be greatly improved. She is not pleasant or a helpful person.

I just came from Dr. baldassano's office and I must say it was as usual great. From Pat and Fran at the front desk to Dr. Bill and the staff I am always taken care of. Dr. Bill Baldassano has a really relaxingmaner and takes teh extra time to explain what I need, why and what the next steps will be. I have three children, all under 12 and he does the same for them. Even my 5 year old opens wide and smiles with Dr. Bill. I have had fillings, whitening, and tooth extractions all with great success.

I have had good service and have had a comfortable time while sitting in the dentist office getting work done. I feel he is extremely helpful and makes me feel like I want to keep coming back

Dr. Baldassano has been taking care of my general dentisty needs for five years. His staff does semi-annual cleanings which are pleasant. The consutation the comes with the cleanings has several times stopped problems before they started. Generally, Dr B. is a painless dentist, but does not go overboard on sedation or medication. He has done root canal, several fillings, and I am a very happy customer.

Extremely competent and painless. The staff is wonderful. I at first had my young children with a "pediatric dentist" than swithced them to Dr. Baldassano because the kids love him and he was wonderful with them. I will go nowhere else. The cost was fair. When you walk in to the office you feel like they know you personally.

Dr. Bill is wonderful. His office has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and he is so gentle that you seldom feel pain...if ever.

Dr. Bill Baldassano was an excellent choice for extensive dental work I recently needed. Dr. Baldassano's dental knowledge was excellent, he explained everything clearly prior to starting and reviewed each step of the overall process. In addition his techniqe was painless and very relievving of stress. Dr. Baldassano's staff is very friendly and make going to the dentist seem like less of a chore and more a trip back to see old cousins. The rate was very fair for the quality work that was completed. I am pain free and smiling thanks to Dr. Baldassano and his staff.
