Read Reviews for Dr. Lori Anderson
Dr. Anderson needs some additional training., specifically, how to instruct her employees to respect her patients...she needs to pay more attention to her staffs professionalism..I don't believe, they view a tooth, as being a body part...Her Tech, and front desk person, was verbally abusive to me on several occasions.....I may decide to institute legal disciplanary action, as it relates to some of her technicians inability to do a repair, however, I was bullied into paying for the procedure, that was unsuccessful........In my opinion,, patients should avoid dentists who have less than 5 years in practice.

I have a job where I'm not covered by insurance. Usually doctors/dentists give a price break for the uninsured. Since I am uninsured, It had been a couple years since my last cleaning. Since it had been 2 years, I was charged for 2 cleanings. Ok, fine, np.
I don't mind a nervous temp cleaning my teeth. She politely explained she was a temp, and excused her stomach growling as she was cleaning my teeth. What does bother me, is DR. Anderson did not supervise the cleaning, like she supervised the X-Rays, Whitening, Gum measurements, and Bonding.
A temp? Didn't check the work? You kidding me? By checking, I mean with a pick to see if the tarter has been removed accordingly to the fee charged. Which btw it's not all gone. I have a hard time flossing a couple of my back teeth, due to tarter build up, along with other areas.
For 2 cleanings, 1 tooth bonding, X-Rays, and the inexpensive version of teeth whitening (sorry forgot the procedure name), I was charged $1,200.
Like I said, I don't have insurance, and feel I paid too much. I also don't think this dentist likes the cleaning aspect of dentistry. With any job, you got to take the good with the bad.
Needless to say, I won't be going back.

Dr. Anderson did a front tooth crown for me last year. The work chipped out one month after being installed. I contacted Dr. Anderson's office several times to ask her to repair it since the installation was not done correctly. According to her office manager, Eva, Dr. Anderson is refusing to call me back since she does not guarantee her work. I contacted two other dentists to find out what the industry standard is for this type of work. They both said that repair should have been done as a courtesy since the installation was incorrect. One of the dentists ended up repairing it and one year later, everything has held up. Still no contact from Dr. Anderson, not even an attempt to schedule any other cleanings or maintenance.
