Would not recommend this dentist, Doesn't listen or care when you voice you are in pain and not happy with a partial or dental work. He brushes you off to get you in and out Husband took 3 separate days off in a 3 week period to get a partial that i said from day one didn't fit right cemented back in and He ignored I said was in pain, went to another dentist and was told I had a abcess tooth and put on antibiotics and pain med. the cement that was used by this dentist looked like super glue. He sanded down the whole back of partial without telling me and now looks worse but wouldn't replace or refund it. He only gives most expensive options, found out by the new dentist that I could have had bottom bridge done much cheaper had I gone a different route that was never offered to me. Out of thousands of dollars, for work that doesn't look like it. Very happy to never go back, staff was rude and uncaring.

Bridge never fit right and failed ,my complaints from the start were ignored. dentist ruined look of partial by sanding it down to metal, infected my gums

My husband went in 2008 for a root canal, paid his out of pocket up front, his insurance was billed, and now the same tooth broke. he saw a different dentist who, after doing xrays and an examination, informed him that a root canal was never done! Now he is in excrutiating pain with an infection and Dr. Cooper refused to fix it. They would not even examine him until he paid a "remaining" $100 (after the out of pocket was paid and insurance paid?) and said they did the procedure in May but he was to have it finished in October(??) and he no showed his appointment. ummm, no. Their office mistook him for his father, of the same name.

I do not like going to dentist like most people but I know it is something you have to do twice a year. Dr. Cooper is awesome. From the hygientist to Dr. Cooper. Hygientist is very friendly and goes a excellent job of cleaning your teeth. See takes time doing a good job and when Dr. Cooper comes in he is very gentle and makes you feel at ease. I would not go anywhere else.

Dr. Cooper is the most compassionate dentist I have ever been too. After several bad experiences with different dentists, I had swore off even going but my mom recommended Dr. Cooper and said he was unlike any other dentist. I have a 12 year old son who was 5 at the time of our first visit and we both had our appointments on the same day. If I didn't know I was at the dentist, I would have never even known he had touched me. He is super gentle and speaks softly, very easy and very comforting. I would recommend Dr. Cooper to anyone looking for a kind, gentle, family oriented dentist.

Dr. Cooper is THE best dentist in this area. He is kind, compassionate and best of all almost pain free! I've had root canals and fillings that were uncomfortable of course but not painful. I will never go to anyone else.
About Hygienist: Rhonda is awesome....I always request her for my cleanings. She is funny, kind, gentle and really cares about the patients.

Dr. Cooper and his staff are THE best in the Nashville area. Always accomodating, friendly and helpful with reasonable prices. Dr. Cooper can make even a root canal bearable!
About Hygienist: Best all around. Rhonda rocks!!! I have sensitive teeth and very rarely has she ever hurt me during a cleaning. Best dental office ANYWHERE!

I had some cavities filled by him as well as one root canal, and I can tell you that he is the most gentle dentist I've ever had. He can stick a needle in your face like no other, you almost can't even feel it. He is very soft, kind, and polite, but his receptionists are rude and they can't give directions, so don't even ask. One of them gave me directions to take an exit that didn't exist, so I ended up being late to my appointment. That was bad enough, but to add insult to injury, the next appointment I had scheduled was Friday at 2pm, and she called me around 11am to say that I needed to reschedule for 1pm. I said I couldn't make it there at 1, so she says, "Well, then you need to actually get here on time at 2 then." RUDE! I canceled and have never gone back.
